aiyo.. i teach u la.. easy take one day u rest for 7 and half hour then force urself to wake up then go for exercise dont get lazy and get ur breakfast after that then do ur stuff dont take extra meal dont sleep more and sleep by 12 ..this will help u to get more healthy way of life..
at 1st need to force and u use to it it is a healthy way ^^ cheer
